1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Righthand Media. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who Can Use Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old or legally allowed to enter into a contract. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate.

3. Our Services
We provide web hosting, email, and domain services. Our servers are located in the United States. By using our services, you agree your data may be processed in the USA.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities
- Spamming or sending malware
- Hosting pirated or copyrighted material without permission

We may suspend or cancel your account if you violate this policy.

5. Account and Payment
You are responsible for keeping your account details safe. Payments must be made on time. If not, we may suspend your services. Prices are in GBP (£).

6. Uptime and Maintenance
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Sometimes we need to do maintenance, which may cause brief outages.

7. Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months. This does not affect your legal rights.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
We follow UK data protection laws (UK GDPR). Your data may be stored in the USA. We use legal safeguards to protect it. See our Privacy Policy for more.

9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by us (like logos or code) belong to Righthand Media. You can’t copy or reuse them without permission.

10. Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel at any time. Refunds are only given within 14 days of first signing up, and only for services that allow cancellation. Domains are non-refundable.

11. Termination
We can close your account with 7 days’ notice, or immediately if you break these Terms (e.g. by breaking the law or not paying).

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We’ll let you know if we do. Continued use means you accept the changes.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled in those courts.
